Does MooSky LLC offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders to the United States! The shipping cost is included in the hoodie price, so you won’t see any extra fees at checkout. Enjoy your new hoodie without worrying about shipping costs!
How long will my hoodie take to arrive?
Answer: Since each hoodie is made to order, production takes 2–5 business days. After that, standard shipping to the US takes 3–7 business days. Expect your hoodie to arrive in about 5–12 business days from when you order. We’ll send a tracking number once it ships!
Why does my checkout show $0 for shipping?
Answer: That’s because we offer free shipping to the US! We’ve included the shipping cost in the price of your hoodie, so you pay nothing extra at checkout. It’s our way of making your shopping experience simple and transparent.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Answer: Right now, we focus on free shipping within the US, Canada, and US outlying islands. If you’re outside the US, Canada, and US outlying islands, reach out to us at buymoosky@gmail.com to discuss international shipping options and costs.
What if my order is delayed?
Answer: Custom production and shipping can sometimes take a bit longer due to high demand or carrier delays. Check your tracking number for updates, or contact us at buymoosky@gmail.com if your hoodie hasn’t arrived within 12 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Answer: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, before production starts. Email us at buymoosky@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
Why is my hoodie price higher than similar products elsewhere?
Answer: Our prices include free US shipping and reflect the quality of our custom-printed, made-to-order hoodies. Each hoodie is crafted just for you, ensuring a unique product that’s worth every penny!

What’s your return policy?
Answer: We want you to love your hoodie! If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at buymoosky@gmail.com within 14 days with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. Since our hoodies are custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
My hoodie arrived damaged. What should I do?

How long do refunds take?
Answer: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we verify the returned item. You’ll get the refund to your original payment method and a confirmation email once it’s done.
